Run ASP under Administrator Group Impersonation

Hello All:
I am using a component in my ASP web page that requires to run under an
administrator. Currently I have NT Authentication and the user must have
admin rights to access and run the page.
Is it possible to change an ASP Web page so that when it runs, it runs under
an administrator account? The user is logged in under the Internet guest
account.
The application is an in-house application with its own security, having one
page running under an admin account is of minimal threat.

a) add IUSR_MachineName to the administrtors group
b) in IIS service manager, change the account the site runs under for
anonymous access.
