I'm trying to post a request to an SSL (https) server using the
IXMLHttpRequest (XMLHTTP object) interface, and keep getting the following
message.
"The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect"

1. I don't have any client certificates configured on my system - Do I need
to ?
2. I assume the XMLHTTP object is just an ActiveX wrapper around the
WinInet HTTP functionality, which supports SSL inherently. Is this wrong ?
3. Should I be do something special to post content to an SSL site (eg
encrypt the content separately or set headers/flags or something) ?

Thanks for the information. A quick answer is really appreciated !
