Hi,
Anyone know whether this flag for InternetSetOption works?
I've tried it with a variety of parameters, but none seem
to make it work for me!

This post:

8&selm=drqEdm0YCHA.2376%40cpmsftngxa08
from Brian Combs at MS indicates that it is broken, but
this post:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-
8&selm=CEyukkInCHA.2668%40cpmsftngxa06
three months *later* from the *same support person* still
suggests that it should, and I can't see any documentation
change!
SNAFU at MS? :-)

Cheers,
Steve.

Hello
INTERNET_OPTION_IGNORE_OFFLINE is broken. Workaround is to change the
connection settings with InternetSetOption using
INTERNET_OPTION_CONNECTED_STATE. You should play nice and set them back
when you are finished.
You may want to take a look at the following article.

ne/offline.asp

Thanks
