Reset Internet Options in Internet Explorer

Hi.
I am trying to solve this ..
I have to let IE4.0 and IE5.0 to resetting Proxy Server and Port and.
other Internet Options
in Internet Explorer Option Dialog..
I should do control from other client program, like so-called
'client-agent' program which controls the basic and most frequently used
internet options in .

So I have changed Proxy Server Port and other Internet option in my '
client-agent' program but It's doesn't apply to currently working
browser..

of course first I did change each fields in registry..

as u guess, I did only changed registry information .. Server Port and
other fields..

but currently running Internet Explorer changed it again.. and finally
it do not affect my
changes..

plz help me How I can apply to currently running Explorer this changed
Internet Settings..
