IE cache cleaning question.

Hello,

I have a nice piece of code copied from a MSDN KB article
on how to clean the IE cache.
But apparently the Temporary Internet Files folder
continues to grow even if the cached files are deleted.
What seems to be the problem is that offline files are
not deleted. How can I can clean the IE cache and the
offline files altogether ?
