Get latitude/longitude from a Windows Mobile browser?

Hi. I'm writing a web page for a Windows Mobile device. I would like to
somehow check if the mobile device has GPS capabilities and then get the
latitude/longitude from the device. The current W3C draft uses
"navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition" in JavaScript. Is there something
equivalent for Windows?
