Several years back, running Windows 95, I had a program that made it very
easy to create programs. It would let me set the border sizes, menus, items
in the drop down lists, etc. Since then, that computer has died a very
horrible death. Now, I am trying to design a new picture viewer for a
digital camera that I can put items on my right click menu among doing some
other stuff with the window. If anyone can help with the name of a similar
program, it would be very much appreciated. I'm no computer wiz by no
means, so please help.
