task scheduler Network Access

Recently did a domain move. The new domain is a window 2008.

Now none of the machine can access files server with the Task Scheduler. I
only use AT to sched task. If I configure the AT service account to run as
the local admin everything works.

Is there something in a window 2008 domain that would do this?
Also anyone know of a GPO to set the AT service account or registry hack?
