Tyler,
My previous post said:
">> I'm exactly sure where they are, other than..."
I apologize, I meant to say, "I'm NOT exactly sure where they are..."
Sorry, I am not a developer and not totally familiar with this area of MSDN,
however I do know it's in the System Developer kit (SDK).
I believe the best folks to help you is not in the General group, but in the
developer's newsgroup. For your convenience, I have cross-posted this to the
following two groups:
microsoft.public.inetsdk.programming.active_scrptng
microsoft.public.inetsdk.programming.components.dev
You can check back in this newsgroup for responses. I believe the developers
in those groups (there are about 5 or more dev groups, FYI), can better
help.
Cheers!
Ace

For the folks in the other groups first seeing this, the following is what
originally transpired. I hope you can help. Thanks, Ace.

I would like to have samples of htm and asp query pages for IIS and indexing
service. Where could I download the ones mentioned on
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms692879(VS.85).aspx ?
cheers!

thank you, but still I'm on a page where I need to search for it, with many
results... already downloaded a dvd iso sdk, could not find anything related
on it.
I'll try the other link one too.

You are welcome. I don't know how active those groups are that I posted to,
but we'll hope for the best.

seems that naming has changed since the msdn article was written, so now it
is Windows SDK for Windows Server 2008 and .NET Framework 3.5, at:
it's necessary to check 'samples' at install. the path at installation is
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft
SDKs\Windows\v6.1\Samples\WinBase\Indexing\IISSearch"

Cool. Glad you figured it out! I didn't have any idea they would have pulled
the older stuff, but it makes sense to move on to current stuff.
