active desktop recovery

when I start my computer, a white screen appears that says"active desktop
recovery". When I click "restore my active recovery", it doesn't work. A
script error appears instead. How do I get rid of this and get the normal
screen back on?

When I start my computer it is white.My screen tells me to restore active
desktop but it is not working. Could someone please tell me what to do?
