Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 And Norton Antivirus 10.1 requiremnt

Can anyone help me with this. I am trying to Install Norton Antivirus 10.1
on Window 2000 Server and Window 2000 Professional clients. Norton 10.1
requires Internet Explorer 5.5 Service pack 2 or later, I have Window 2000
server and Window 2000 Professional with SP4 and Norton could not install and
keep asking that I should Install IE 5.5 SP2 or later. I checked the Help
menu of IE 5.5 (About Internet Explorer, it reads version 5.50 service pack
4) I do not understand why Norton fail to install. Please can you anyone help
me.
