re:displaying csv files inline to IE7

Hi,

Does anyone know how to display a csv file in IE7 without the aid of
msexcel? I think its suppose to do with having the correct file type
registered and using the file type option - browse in same window, but for
some reason my one is grayed out for all file types. I'm running ie7 on
windows xp pro sp2.
