Custom IE Updates (not via the internet)

OK.. So I've got my IEAK5(.5) custom installations working fine, with
automatic configuration and everything - now i'm ready to have IE do
automatic updates. Since not all of my users have access to the internet
(mainly IE is used for our IntrAnet) I need to have IE automatically update
itself (patches, fixes, SP's, etc) on our internal network..
Can anyone give me guidance on what steps are involved in setting this up?
