Outlook and IE go loopy after sending 250K> emails in WinXP

Hi All

This might be a tall order, but I have a WinXP machine running IE 6.0 and
Outlook 2002 and everytime I send an email of 250KB+, it stops half way
through sending and then I can't send anymore emails or view any web pages
until I completely restart my machine.

Now if I send say 40 small emails that might be a total size of 500KB+ it
doesn't matter. It only matters if the one attachment is 250KB+.

I have tried different telephone lines and ISPs on this machine and I still
have the same problem.

I have tried my telephone and current ISP with another machine and
everything works fine, so it must be something to do with my Outlook 2002 or
WinXP.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
