OE Won't Open, help please?

Hello there,

For some reason I cant open my outlookexpress anymore. I dont know what
happened but for some reason it just stopped working. Nothing really
happened. Yesterday I used it but now I cant see to get it to work. Can
anyone help me out?

I tried reinstalling and so on but that doesnt seem to work. I dont even get
an error message. Does anyone know what to do?
