Disactivate the Advisor Contents, without password.

Anybody knows how to disactivate the advisor(consultant) contents, without
knowing the correct password.

I ask this because somebody has activated this option in my Explorer, and i
can´t view any address.

When i start, my Explorer saids something relative to ADVISER CONSULTANT.
