THE INTERNET EXPLORER SHORTCUT ICON IS NOT ON MY DESKTOP. I'VE TRIED TO
DRAG IT AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE HELP MENU, NO LUCK. ANY ADVICE
WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

Drop the CAPS DUDE!

Or else now one will help you.
Either make a shortcut from the IE .EXE or install if you haven't
already "TweakUI" and this will do it the correct way for you.
