No, script has no access to change that setting in the Print Dialog Window.

For an IE solution, ScriptX (www.meadroid.com) offers control over page
orientation in its free (no license) feature subset.

You need a third party control to control printing in IE. Check out ScriptX
from www.meadroid.com.
