Make sure your Color is increased to 16 Million.
Then you will be able to use the Drop shadow filter and all the rest to.

This is my first digital watercolor, using PSP, Painter Classic and
mouse. Needs drop shadow, but haven't been able to get that effect to work
in PSP. :-(

Good job Rheba.... You need 16 million colors and an area selected for drop
