Hello,
I am running a website with frontpage 98, and would like to open a small
dialog box to help direct viewers to a specific page. I have a H2 heading
currently, but everyone seems to miss it. I don't want to go to H1 or
'blink' (or any other tired effect), because that looks far too tacky (the
H2 is only too tacky). I want to create a dialog box that either can be
closed or used to transfer the viewer to the page. I can't find this
solution in frontpage 98, am I just not looking hard enough? Or should I
give up and go for "Super-Tacky"?
Thanks in advance,
John

OK, before someone decides that I am insane or incompetent, I mean POP-UP
box. Thanks for allowing me to clear that up. (by the way, I am insane)

it's ok John I knew what you meant:)

I have a couple of URLs for some other things that you can adapt...I think I
had one for small pop up windows with text in but I can't find it..

anyway check out these...

http://www.builder.com/Programming/Kahn/112598/popup-window-tool.html
Use this Cool Tool to generate instant pop-up "tip windows" when a user
hovers their mouse over a link on your page.

or you can copy the html from my website...I have it different there...look
at the bottom under the helpware site.

It's always neat to dynamically change an image when the user touches it.
For this example, I have one image and when you put your cursor on it, it
changes to another. If you use this script, be sure to use images of the
same size!

http://javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/image-previewer.html

How about an Image Previewer? Select an image, and the preview will open in
a small new window! Very cool! Learn from this coding! I sure did....
I think this is the one you can adapt for text...It does not work with
graphics in ie5 for some reason errors occur...let me know if you figure
that one out..
