need urgent help with form sending via email please

I do not have an CGI access.
I want my clints to fill out a form and send it to me by pressing "submit"
button without IE to open a e-mail send page. I really do not care how the
filled out form comes back to me (formatted/not formatted) formatted
preferred.

Is there any way, I used to be able to this afew years ago . No I can not. I
used to re format the e-mail I've received via result of forms submitted and
then I used to use a program called "parse" to re format them.

Please help and respond via e-mail also appreciated.
