Internet Explorer Start Page

I visited the following web sites:
http://www.newtopsites.com
http://www.lop.com
http://www.newtopsites.com
http://www.lop.com
Then the Internet Explorer start page becomes "newtopsites" and a pop up
window "Search lop.com" always appears on my desktop.
I have changed the start page from Internet Explorer/Tools/Option, and
search the whole Registry to revert from "newtipsites" & "lop.com".
However, when I re-start PC, the aforesaid happened again.
I am using WindowsXP Professional (Traditional Chinese) & Internet Explorer
6.0. Can anyone help me?
