SP2 installation

I try to install SP2 for the IE40 on different computers but I'm not
allowed to do that. IE40 always wants to download the SP from the internet
first. Even if I already downloadet it (but already used it for an update
on an other computer).
How can I use a SP-download more then a single time.
help would be apprciated,
