problems signing up with msn upgrade

I have installed incredimail on my system I have tried sending an
email and I got a notice saying I cannot connect because I need to sign
up with msn upgrade. I tried doing that but had problems with paying
for the hotmail plus subscription.It said that my credit card
information is incorrect and I need a zip code. I am from Jamaica and
we do not use zip codes. Further we use jamaican dollars here and my
card is a dual mastercard. Help please
