Is there a way to get IE to print background colors? I recently tried to
print a "ticket" that had a light, colored background image, but only the
text in the foreground printed. Is there a way to do this?

I don't have an installation of IE4 anymore but later versions have
the option in Tools-Internet Options-Advanced where you can check
"Print background colors and images"
the option in Tools-Internet Options-Advanced where you can check
"Print background colors and images"
See if IE4 has something similar or upgrade.
