First day of the week on the clients calendar?

Hello all,
I have a data access page/HTML page which has an ActiveX
Calendar control 10.0 or selecting a date. Inspite of
setting the first day of the week as Sunday on the
database server, on the client machine it shows up as
Saturday.

That can be quite a bother for the users.
