Problem with cgi script and IE

Hi,

I have cgi script(with /etc/sed command, to extract dynamic
arguments).From Netscape it works fine, however when it runs from IE,
IE throws error saying that unable to open the internet site.
requested source is not avaliable or cannot be found. Please try
later.

Could you please advise me on the same.
