Sir,
When i connect ineternet this error arrive and my net connection is stoped.

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please solve my problem as early as possible

I have same problem. i could not solve this . So, anyone help to solve this
problem.

Try updating Windows. See below:
"Application error/ svchost.exe"
"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to
close"

For two three days I had to shut down and re-start the system to connect to
internet, total frustration ....but.......thank you for your second posting!

I went to the Windows Update website.....(even though I am receiving
automatic updates !).
