yahoo id is not downlaoding files in attachments,it directly save

when i am trying to download a attachment it show save as dialoge box instead
of open file...
how can i sort this problem??
i have avg8 free version installed on my pc.. when i try to uninstall it, a
message came: 'can not access the path or file'....
i delete its icon from task bar but whenever i restart computer its icon
come again in task bar..
please tell me how to uninstall avg ...??
