IE crashing with Development Server

When I debug my ASP.NET application (under VS 2005) IE crashes
frequently. Either IE just disappears, or I get the box saying
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."

When I run from a real web server (Not ASP.NET Development Server), it
works perfectly even under a production environment.
Any ideas on where to start looking with this?
