Is there any way to change the dpi on images created in image composer? I
have a file that a printer is telling me is too low-res, but I don't have any
other graphics programs.

I have had things I made in IC printed before with no problem, so I don't
understand why this is suddenly an issue.

There is no way as far as I know. IC was intended to do the web graphics, so
everything is in screen DPI, i.e. 96.
