International support in MS Index server?

Please, help me to solve one problem with MS Index server or point any
information source where I'd could find a solution.

I am using MS IIS 3.0, ASP, InterDev on WinNT 4.0 server. Now I installed
MS Index Server, and it's nice, but I can't use any national characters in
my querys (Lithuanian regional setting, charset=windows-1257). Is it
possible in MS IS at all, and if it is - how?
