Hello, I am in charge of creating a tracking and reporting intranet
interface that uses IS2 to allow for searches on pertinent files (a selected
folder
structure that uses ASP to write/read/log html pages). I would like
to automate a simple reporting result set on a page that would take,
say, a query string called "sales and Dallas and Detroit" and use the
first "keyword" as a total value, and the second two keywords as comparative
variables, where "sales=100%", "Dallas=' '%" and "Detroit=' '%". I gather
that I could use CiMatchedRecordCount as the 100% constant based
on such a query, but how would I "break" CiRestriction to give me the
results on Dallas and Detroit as numerical values to compare against the
constant and display a percentage? This would be a no-brainer if I was
using a database, but we are in love with the efficiency of have an html-
based(well, a field-delimited text file with an .htm extension, to be
accurate)
solution. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks!
