MMC on NT Workstation: Where to get Snap-Ins ?

I want to control my IIS 4.0 / IS 2.0 NT Server using MMC on a Windows NT
Workstation. When I install the Option Pack, it's Setup.exe defaults to the
NT Workstation version. As a result of that, PWS shows up instead of IIS and
Index Server isn't shown at all. But the neccessary Snap-Ins are contained
*within* these two options. Without the Index Server option, MMC doesn't
show an available Index Server Snap-In in the Available stand-alone Snap-Ins
list. Luckily the PWS option allows me to install the IIS Snap-In.

I cannot find any option in MMC to install additional Snap-Ins besides the
fact that I don't have a clue about what a Snap-Ins file looks like.

Anyone on this ?
