Where do you get Index server 2.0

I am currently trying to get Index Server v1.1 working with IIS v4.0 on
NT Workstation and I am getting nowhere. (cacheExtensions setting in the
Registry - nice).
I have searched the microsoft site for a fix but nothing doing.
I have searched the microsoft site for Index server v2.0 but no joy.

Where can I get it?
Or where is the registry key that needs changing.
