Hi All,

I had a user point out to me recently that my Index Server 2.0 was
returning a "index is corrupt" message. After trying several steps
(below), the index now returns appropriate content hits, however the
links created all point to the same address:
http://www.forwardlook.net/search . A rather odd situation. Here's
what I did after noting that the content index was corrupt:

- Stopped and restarted the service (no luck)
- Reindexed the site (no luck)
- Rebooted the server (no luck)
- Uninstalled / reinstalled Index Server. At this point, it began to
index, but the incorrect link situation began. I would think that
perhaps my query or results page was bad, however I have made no changes
to those pages, and even the sample pages return the same effect (the
directory of the sample page shows up as the link address on each
result)

Any pointers?

I'm running NT 4.0 SP3, Option Pack, IIS 4.0, FP2K Server Extensions,
and Index Server 2.0 . The search page is at
http://www.forwardlook.net/search/query.asp

Any help or pointers would be appreciated!

Have you tried deleting the catalog?
