Problem opening twice the same Excel document.

Hi guys,

I have created on my server IIS4 an Office document distributor.
Some HTTP links allows to open Word & Excel documents.
BUT... when I open a document twice in the same session, the Office
application send a message saying that it can't access the file.

I thing that the server open the document virtually and doesn't accept to
re-open it in the same application...

Does anyone have a solution ?

NB: I can create FTP links, 'cause I have determinated permissions one these
files.
