hi,

there is a site that searches its own database (the search criteria is
submitted via POST method) and returns
a result page.

what i want i to use the search of the site above, take its result page and
analyze it so it would be displayed
differently in my site.

i know that there is a free component that does exactly what i need. it's
called ASPtear and what it does
is return a page from a server as a string (and i can even supply POST
parameters), but the problem is
that i don't have a server of my own, so i can't install DLL's.

is there any way to accomplish this using ASP?

I take it you have permission from the owner to rip the pages from this
site?

Search microsoft for PWS, if you have Win98 or NT then it's on the CDROM
already. If you have 95 then you need the "NT 4 Option Pack for Windows 95",
this is available for download at Microsoft.com but also came with Visual
Studio 6 and NT 4 Service pack CD.
