ASP app says: login not associated with trusted SQL server connections

I am tryining to install an interdev/ASP developed application on a new
nt4/iis4/sql65 machine.
It worked fine on the original machine that also had nt4/iis4/sql65.

But on the new machine I get the message: Login failed- User: Reason:
Not associated with
a trusted SQL Server connection.

Anyone out there know why?

Just a guess but are your 2 servers in different domains.
If they are the new server's domain is probably not trusting
the existing server's domain.
If your new was trusting the existing you could log in to
the
new domain under a user account in the existing domain.
The new domain would see the user in the existing, and being
that the existing is trusted, would authenticate the user.
