Szükségem lenne egy normál.dot--Word sablonra--. régebben kaptam már a
"Guru"-tól de most Ő nincs. Az enyém, a mi van, már egy átalakított(
mindenféle formázással kőritve!). Előre is köszönöm: Mohácsi

Can you explain to the poster in Hungarian to do the following.

Rename his normal.dot to normal.old while Word is closed and then re-open Word
after and a new normal.dot will be built by Word and his issue will be fixed.

normal.dot is not on the install disk. Word builds it by itself.

You can install the NNTP Bridge and continue using your Thunderbird client

You can also try to send me a message to my storage account which is
ok...@hotmail.com but I cannot guarentee and answer from there very quickly. I only
use that account to trap Spam and I only check in there 1 time a month and delete
everything at that time

Giganews says it will continue carrying the microsoft.* newsgroups.
Google Groups is unlikely to drop them.

Microsoft is dropping their NNTP server (and thereby any peering to it).
Microsoft is not the Usenet, a worldwide mesh network of NNTP servers
over which Microsoft has no control (and partially the reason why they
are retreating to web-based forums). So you will lose the availability
of Microsoft's NNTP server to get at their pretend forums (aka
Communities) via their webnews-for-dummies gateway. Start looking
around for another NSP since they are likely to continue carrying the
microsoft.* newsgroups.

I wrote in the Thunderbird the name: connect.microsoft.com
There is no answer. The Thunderbirs says: no internet connection (if the
server wouldn't exist at all). Jï¿½nos

I have a dual-start machine: linux and Windos XP.
Both of them consists a Thunderbird.
You know linux is a money-saving solution for software. We are not rich

Do not misunderstand . It is NOT a HOAX. The site is named Hoax which does not mean
HOAX as you think. Very easy to misunderstand when a word has 2 different meanings
depending where and how it is used in context
