Script Engine Exception - Active server Pages error 'ASP 0240'

Dear,

I have a problem in the event viewer ID: 5 with the description:
Warning:IIS log failed to write entry. Scrip Engine Exception. A
ScriptEngine threw exception 'C0000005' in
'lActiveScriptParse::ParseScriptText()' from
'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'..

ANd other problem at the browser messsage witch says:
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0240'

The only thing i know is that they´re related but i canf fond a way to
resolve this issue. The clients can´t get theire job done, wich it´s doing
uploads from files and save them because they get iddle and sometimes after
seving the document, the file it´s not there. I don´t know if there´s related
with the error but this error appears everytime they try to do this job

There´s anyone who knows what i can do to fix this asp error??
