W2003 server fan regulation

Hello,
During the W2003 server SP2 installation, the main server fans increased
speed to the maximum and doesn't come back to a normal speed!!!
This occur after I turn disk to dynamic.
I cannot find where I can reactivate the fan regulation.
Is it hardware (bios) or managed by Windows, and where?
The machine is a HP Proliant DL380G6 with 5 disks (2 in Raid 1 and 3 in Raid
5)
