How to refer to existing forms in menu item

Dear Sir,
I am a new user in Visual Basic .Net 2005. I created a MDI container to
store some forms. I want to be able to refer to this forms in the menu, so
that user can switch to other forms easily. Please show some sample codes
for me. Thanks in advance.
