SMS 2003 Generate inventory on Registry value and report to SMS Server

Aim is to know if a machine is USB enabled,
we can check if the HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\USBSTOR has the start
key
with the REG_DWORD = 3.

Also if possible the appropriate .pnf files in the c:\windows folder
must have permissions for the user.
