Hello,
I'm Sean Cai from Microsoft CIBS OS & APP team and I'll helping you on this issue. Regarding your description of the problem: you have two errors in MP Troubleshooter. If I have misunderstood, please let me know.
Since Microsoft doesn’t provide support for SMS resource toolkit, we can’t help you on analyzing the error messages in MP troubleshooter. Please tell me what exact problems you have on your MP.
Based on my experience, it’s recommended to install MP on a server that hasn’t any other IIS sites installed. Because in that case, you can fix most of the MP problems by removing MP role and IIS component and re-install them. It’s much easier and quicker than diagnose MP logs and IIS logs to figure out what’s going on.
