SMS2003 Site code empty on SMS Administrator Console

What is the problem show empty site code on the SMS Administrator Console of
collections beside of computer? I have check the follow:

1. primary site boundaries.
2. Secondary site boundaries.
3. compare with have site code computer found no site code computer the
difference as below:
i) Active is show "null" value
ii) no Smsinstalledsite column
iii) Some computer smsassignedsite was assigned to the secondary site
code but not all.

Could any body can answer me why the site code is empty? Million Thanks!

I'm Sean Cai from Microsoft CIBS OS & APP team and I'll helping you on this issue. Regarding your description of the problem: your clients can’t assign to SMS site. If I have misunderstood, please let me know.

Based on my understanding of your problem, here are some possible causes of the problem:
1, AD site definition isn’t correct. You need to check the AD site definition in dssite.msc console.
2, Boundary overlap. Boundary over could cause unpredictable issue, please make sure your boundary settings are correct.
3, Clients can’t communicate with MP. If the clients can’t access MP, they can’t have the necessary information of the SMS site.

And please tell me which method you used to deploy SMS clients (push installation, group policy deployment, install manually).
