Office 2007 mult language pack

I'm not sure whether this forum is the correct place to ask this question. I
have a office installation problem which I have been worked on for a few days.
Our company have purchased Office 2007 professional plus & Office mult
language pack 2007. When I install the office 2007 software alone, the
interface is in English. But I want the interface to be displayed in SAR
traditional chinese. So I install the office 2007 mult language pack. After
installation there is the new option "office language setting". However I
can't find the tab for "display language change". There is no selection
screen asking me to select which language I want to install during
installation of the mult language pack. It just run ... and then finsh. I
have search for this information in Microsoft web page, it says that it is
because I have only install a single language pack. But my CD is labelled
Microsoft Office 2007 mult language pack.
I wonder what's wrong with this. My installation method is wrong? The CD
media is incorrect?
Can anybody help?

Language pack should be per language. That is to say, if you want the Traditional Chinese language pack, we could select 'Chinese Traditional' in the the list. If you want the French, then select 'French' in the list. What is the language of your multi language pack? Or maybe you need to contact your retailer for more information.

My understanding is, office 2007 language pack are of 2 types.
Type 1 is single language pack which means 1 cd contains the language files
for a specific language.
Type 2 is mult language pack which is 1 cd contains all available languages.
The question is I'm not sure whether the cd content we purchased is a mult
language pack (i.e. 1 cd for all language) or not. If it is really a mult
language cd, I can't find the information how to install it. Our retailer
says that it is a mult language cd (type 2 above).

To be honest, I am not familiar with the Office MUI installation issues, because this newsgroup is mainly for development issues. But if it is really a Office MUI disc, I think you may follow this technet article:
