Hello TM,

This is a know issue. The problem occurs when you click User Accounts in Control Panel many times in quick succession on Windows XP sp2 computer - Have you installed last update package? I think this issue will be addressed in the next service package. (WinXP sp3).

Hi Wen Yuan,

Thanks for your reply.

I've read the KB before already. But I wonder why the same error doesn't
appear on the other XP machines I've come across, for example, OEM computer
with pre-installed XP with SP2 doesn't seem to have such error. I presumed
there's some way to temporarily fix this. Please advise.

By the way, you mentioned also the coming SP3, would the RC1 or RC2 be
helpful?

Thanks very much,
TM

Hi everyone. If this message really irritates you, just switch your mouse
from double click to single click to open an item and User Accounts could be
opened unlimited number of times.
