IE Script Error in Control Panel User Accounts

Hey Everyone,
when I open user accounts in the control panel I get a blank screen with
back and forward arrows at the top and also this message:
Internet Explorer Script Error
An error has occurred in the script in this page.

Everything is blank?? I'm not sure how im supposed to fix this, please help!
Also when i try to run internet explorer it is always blank.
