Ops System: XP Profession.
Office: Office 2000 Premium.

Problem:
1. MS Outlook - no longer displaying Chinese characters in Subject
line/Headers.
2. Outlook Express - unable to import / view / open an existing Store Folder
with Chinese named File folders.

Same software on same computer. All I did was to go through a complete
reinstallation from scratch with all updates.

Can any one please offer some help of insight?

Thank you.

Try changing your default for non-Unicode program to "Chinese (HKSAR)" in

Control Panel / Regional and Language Options / Advanced

Hope this helps.
